Grade 1 to 6 only: Flu Shot TOMORROW!!!

Dear Grade 1 to 6 Parents,

How are you? 

Here is a reminder that tomorrow (Oct. 24)  is the day of FLU SHOT.  If you have given the consent to have your child take the flu shot, please tell your child about it and please help your kid get ready for it mentally.  

We will check your kid’s physical condition before we give the flu shot to him/her.  However, we need your help to measure your kid’s the body temperature before your kid leaves home tomorrow and tell your kid the result, so that the homeroom teacher can write it down on the name list.

After the flu shot, we will give your child a yellow sheet with some notes on it.  Please read it.  If your child doesn't get the flu shot for health reason, you can take your kid with the sheet to local hospital to get the flu shot.
